Joseph Lee Fleming, 32, of Tar Landing Road in Holly Ridge was arrested March 18 by the North Topsail Beach Police Department on four charges each of breaking and/or entering and larceny after break/enter.Fleming is accused of breaking into four beach homes on North Topsail, located at 424 New River Inlet Road, 3812 Island Drive, 4132 Island Drive and 448 New River Inlet Road, according to warrants.
