Dontes Steven Smallwood, 24, of Greenville Boulevard was arrested by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office Friday and charged with felony fleeing or eluding arrest; speeding; reckless driving likely to endanger; driving without a license; failure to heed lights or sirens; and possession of stolen property.
