Area authorities have announced 10 more arrests as part of Operation Winter Storm.The operation is a collaborative effort between Carteret County Sheriff’s Office, Morehead City Police Department and Havelock Police Department that targets persons involved in the illegal sell and delivery of narcotics.So far, 42 people have been arrested during the operation.
