A 13-year-old boy died after he was struck while riding his bike Monday evening, according to Highway Patrol.Dyrae Shepard was riding his bicycle out of Kenna Court and onto Murrill Hill Road in Jacksonville when he was hit by a car at 6:52 p.m., said Trooper J.
