A 28-year-old pedestrian died when a vehicle hit him and left the scene in Sneads Ferry early Saturday.Michael Andrew Tooley of Sunbury was walking in the 1500 block of Old Folkstone Road when he was hit, but a suspect remains at large, according to N.C.
