The Jacksonville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman they say is a person of interest in a fraud case.The incident occurred at Walmart Supercenter located at 561 Yopp Road on June 14 at approximately 1:16 p.m. when a woman purchased items under false prices by changing the price tags.
