Deputies in Onslow County have arrested a suspect they say is responsible for the shooting death of Nicholas Carl Matthews.Deon Leonard Townsell, 20, of Richlands Avenue in Jacksonville, was arrested on Monday during a traffic stop and is accused of killing Matthews, 33, on May 27.
