A man in the Onslow County Jail, who is charged with three open counts of murder, is accused of damaging property inside the jail.Jordan Tyhson Meade, 20, is charged with interfering with the jail/prison fire system, and injury to personal property and property damage.Meade is accused of damaging a sprinkler head in his cell block at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, according to Col.
