Jacksonville police are investigating a report of shots fired Thursday morning in the area of Liberty Crossing apartments.Officers responded to 251-500 Carmen Ave. in Jacksonville just after 6 a.m. after receiving a report of shots fired, according to initial information from Jacksonville Police Department.Upon arrival, officers determined multiple rounds had been fired into the east side of a building.
