A Havelock man is accused of attempting to rape a 10-year-old Hubert girl.Sean Patrick Cuff, 35, of Wynne Road in Havelock, was charged Jan. 28 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office with felony attempted rape of a child by an adult and two counts of felony indecent liberties with a child,The report about a Hubert child being molested by an adult came in to the sheriff’s office on Nov. 15, according to a press release from the sheriff’s office.
