A Jacksonville man is accused of using duct tape to tie up a person after threatening them by firing a gun inside a mobile home.Joseph Megail Medina-Harper, 18, of Horizon Lane in Jacksonville was arrested by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon, felony larceny of a firearm, felony second-degree kidnapping, felony conspiracy, felony possession of stolen goods, and felony larceny after breaking and entering.
