A Maple Hill man has been charged following a two-year drug investigation and is accused of having 1,180 grams of crystal meth, 17 guns, and 391 grams of heroin in his possession at the time of his arrest.Donald Shaquan Miller, also known as "Moo-Moo," 32, of Lee Road in Maple Hill was charged Nov. 26 with felony conspiracy, three counts of distribution of crack cocaine, and distribution of heroin.Miller is accused of distributing narcotics throughout Onslow and Pender [...]
