An Alabama man has been charged with indecent liberties against a 4-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy.Timothy Joshua Murphy Stephens, 19, of Cottondale, Alabama, was arrested Oct. 29 by the Richlands Police Department on two charges of indecent liberties with a child and first-degree statutory sex offense.Stephens is accused of committing indecent liberties for the purpose of arousing gratifying sexual desire from children, according to warrants.Stephens [...]
