A 19-year-old woman and 23-year-old Marine have been charged in connection with an LSD trafficking investigation.Allison Alexia Seely, 19, of Raintree Circle in Jacksonville and Andrew Christian Gray, 23, also of Raintree Circle are charged by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with one count each of felony trafficking in LSD by selling, felony trafficking in LSD by delivering, felony trafficking in LSD by manufacturing, and felony trafficking in LSD by possession.
