A Richlands man is accused of kidnapping four people at gunpoint.Michael Turner Jr., 26, of Richlands Highway in Richlands, was arrested on Sept. 8 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with four counts of felony second-degree kidnapping, felony breaking and entering to terrorize or injure, felony conspiracy, felony possession of a firearm by a felon and four counts of misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun.Officers responded to reports of an assault at East Saltwood [...]
