Daniel McGilvary, 35, of Windosr Place in Jacksonville was arrested May 28 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with possession of SCH VI controlled substance.McGilvary is accused of possessing three-twentieths of an ounce of extracted resin of Marijuana, according to warrants.Bond was set at $2,000.
