Jacksonville Police Detective Kevin Doyle was recognized with an award during the NC Gang Investigators Association’s Annual Conference held in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.The Association selected Detective Doyle for his work on Operation 190, an investigation focused on a gang-related heroin distribution ring operating between Jacksonville and New Bern.
