A Jacksonville man is accused of kidnapping a girl.Scott William Riley, 37, of Sophia Drive in Jacksonville, was arrested by the Jacksonville Police Department on July 8 and charged with felony second-degree kidnapping.Riley is accused of kidnapping a girl under the age of 16 for the purpose of terrorizing her, according to warrants.According to JPD Public Affairs Coordinator Beth Purcell, JPD responded to a call at approximately 5:30 p.m. to a reported disturbance on [...]
