A Richlands man is accused of shooting a gun in his house following an argument with his wife.Monroe William White, 22, of Catherine Lake Road in Richlands was arrested June 19 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with discharging a weapon into an occupied home.White is accused of shooting a Smith and Wesson 9mm into the floor of his home, according to warrants.“It was a domestic argument between a husband and a wife,” OCSO Col.
