A Pender County man has been charged with the statutory rape of a girl he met online.Decorey Leon Colvin, 21, of Newton Loop Road in Atkinson, was charged by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office with felony statutory rape of a child age 15 or younger and felony indecent liberties with a child.The girl allegedly met Colvin through Instagram, according to OCSO Col.
