Charley Lynn Wiggs, 29, of Backer Circle in Jacksonville was arrested April 22 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony larceny by anti-inventory device, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor conspiracy to commit larceny.Wiggs is accused of conspiring with Jami Penrod Gore to commit larceny and stealing an Amazon Fire HD 10, an HP laptop, and a Samsung Galaxy tablet worth $889.94 and from Best Buy by using a purse to prevent the activation of an anti shoplifting [...]
