Kasia Alicia Taylor, 34, of Zachary Lane in Hubert was arrested April 18 by the N.C. Department of Insurance Criminal Investigations and charged with insurance fraud.Taylor is accused of defrauding American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida by knowing the information including receipts submitted as hers were going to be submitted to another insurance company in a claim, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
