A Richlands man is accused of punching, strangling and biting a woman.Bruce Mooring, 37, of Harvest Moon Drive in Richlands, was arrested on April 12 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony assault by strangulation and misdemeanor assault on a female.Mooring is accused of punching a woman in the face several times, giving her a swollen eye and lacerations to the back of her head, according to warrants.
