Jeffrey D. Hall, 34, of Oriel Drive in Hampstead was charged April 3 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office with larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.Hall is accused of stealing a 2006 black and gold Triumph Daytona motorcycle worth $4,000 on Feb. 21, according to warrants.Bond was set at $20,000.
