Slater Marley Oates, 19, of N.C. 172 in Hubert was arrested April 1 by the Swansboro Police Department and charged with larceny by employee.Oates is accused of stealing lottery tickets belonging to Speedway located at 809 W. Corbett Ave. in Swansboro, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
