Ronnie Lavonne Bell, 46, of Koonce Fork in Richlands, was arrested on March 25 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony larceny.Bell is accused of stealing three trimmers, one hedge trimmer, one leaf blower, and two push mowers valued at $1,225.01 from Walmart, according to warrants.Bail is set at $2,500.
