David Levoy Daughtry, 29, of Annie Avenue in Jacksonville, was charged March 23 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and felony manufacturing of marijuana.Daughtry is accused of wrapping marijuana in four bags for resale, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
