A Jacksonville man is accused of stabbing another man Friday morning.Timothy Scott Lambrecht, 30, of Harris Creek Loop Road in Jacksonville, was charged March 15 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office with felony assault with a deadly weapon with serious injury.Lambrecht is accused of attacking Christopher Popalis with a knife, according to warrants.OCSO Col.
