Justin D. Hickman, 29, of Plantation Drive in Swansboro, was arrested on March 12 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with three counts of felony conspiracy to obtain property under false pretenses and three counts of felony obtaining property under false pretenses.Hickman is accused of conspiring with another person to obtain money from Marine Federal Credit Union by presenting himself as the payee of checks totaling $6,100 between the dates Jan. 29 and Jan. 30, [...]
