A Richlands man accused of robbing and assaulting his mother has been arrested.Matthew Scott Ramsey, 32, of Kinston Highway in Richlands, was arrested on Feb. 24 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, financial card theft, assault on a female and communicating threats.According to a press release from the OCSO, Ramsey is accused of assaulting his mother after she refused to give him money, robbing her at gunpoint and [...]
