DrugsAlvin Jerome Walker, 61, of Kathryn Street in Jacksonville, was charged Feb. 20 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and felony possession of marijuana.Walker is accused of possessing 139 grams of marijuana, according to warrants.Bail was set at $5,000.
