The Carteret County Sheriff's Office is searching for a convicted felon who allegedly committed construction fraud following Hurricane Florence.According to a press release from CCSO, there are warrants out for Stanley Winslow Sears Jr., 45, for charges of obtaining property by false pretenses and failing to work after being paid.The sheriff's office believes Sears may be traveling into Carteret County this week and may be working in the following areas: Atlantic Beach, Pine [...]
