An arrest has been made in connection with a runaway 15-year-old girl.Zachary Joseph Journey, 25, of Hubert Boulevard in Hubert, was charged Thursday by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office with abduction of a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
