A Virginia woman is accused of intimidating three witnesses called to testify in her brother’s murder trial.Cheri Lee Davis, 35, of Powhatan Court in Stafford, Virginia, was charged Jan. 23 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony intimidating a witness.Davis is accused of making a fake Facebook account under her brother, Carleton Davis' name and using it to threaten witnesses while he was on trial for murder, according to warrants.
