Freshanda Marquis-Temple White, 20, of Community Drive in Jacksonville, was charged Jan. 16 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny.She is accused of conspiring with two others to commit larceny by removing an anti-theft device and stealing a bottle of Versace perfume valuled at $79 at Ulta Salon, Cosmetics and Fragrance in June 2017, warrants state.Bond was set at $500.
