Monique Shuffler, 36, of Cornerstone Drive in Jacksonville, was charged Jan. 12 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of under ½ ounce of marijuana and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.Shuffler is accused of possessing under ½ ounce of marijuana, cocaine and a straw to introduce into the body a controlled substance other than marijuana, according to warrants.Bail was set at $2,500.
