Warren Bernard Anderson, 56, of Eastwood Drive in Jacksonville was arrested on Jan. 10 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender.Anderson is accused of moving to Washington D.C. without notifying the OCSO, according to warrants.Bail is set at $20,000.
