From Onslow County Sheriff's Office:A man wanted by Onslow County Sheriff’s Office has been located and arrested.Conrad Wayne Humphrey, 33 year old male of Birchwood Lane, Jacksonville was located by the U.S. Marshal’s Service in Lawrenceville, Georgia and arrested on May 10, 2016.
