Mikhail Lamont Ramsey, 27, of Dudley Street in Jacksonville, was arrested on Jan. 9 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and felony larceny.Ramsey is accused of stealing a 2016 Hyundai Accent, valued at $17,000, and a Galaxy 9 cell phone and an iPad, valued at $1,200, according to warrants.Bail is set at $10,000.
