Angelina Richard, 31, of Miami, was arrested Dec. 28 by the Holly Ridge Police Department and charged with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.She is accused of possessing cocaine and a plastic bag to contain and conceal a controlled substance, warrants state.Bond was set at $5,000.
