Howard Pirkle, 52, of N.C. 111 in Richlands, was arrested on Dec. 25 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.Pirkle is accused of possessing methamphetamine and aluminum foil used for introducing drugs into the body, according to warrants.Bond totaled $2,500.
