Leroy Eldon Pierce Jr., 60, of Country Club Road in Jacksonville, was arrested on Dec. 21 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, two counts of felony selling and delivering schedule II controlled substances and two counts of felony manufacturing schedule II controlled substances, according to warrants.Pierce is accused to of possessing 0.7 grams of cocaine, selling crack [...]
