Jose Efrain Medina-Rodriguez, 29, of Perkins Drive in Hampstead, was charged Dec. 17 by the North Topsail Beach Police Department with traffic violation no operators license and felony identity theft.Medina-Rodriguez is accused of operating a motor vehicle on New River Inlet Drive in North Topsail Beach and using a fake identity card with a North Carolina driver’s license number of a deceased person to get out of the traffic violation, according to warrants.Bond was set [...]
