Dominic Michael Renzulli, 28, of Coblestone Trail in Jacksonville, was charged Dec. 10 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver heroin, felony sell heroin and felony deliver heroin.Renzulli is accused of selling 1 gram of heroin to a confidential reliable informant, according to warrants.He was placed under a $30,000 bond.
