Teresa Suzanne Ramirez, 37, of Sophia Drive in Jacksonville, was arrested Dec. 7 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.She is accused of possessing methamphetamine and baggies used for storing/selling drugs, according to warrants, and was also cited for failing to appear in court on traffic offenses.Bond was set at $3,000
