Mack Hayes Jr., 31, of Ramsey Drive in Jacksonville was arrested Dec. 7 by Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony financial card theft and felony identity theft.He is accused of stealing another person’s credit card and using it to purchase $57 in goods from Walmart on Sept. 24, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
