A man accused of fatally shooting another man made his first appearance in court Monday.Malcolm Lambert, 21, was charged Nov. 21 by the Jacksonville Police Department with first-degree murder in the death of Leroy Quinn, 27, of Jacksonville following a shooting on Carmen Avenue Nov. 16.
