Kodiak Dakota Brady, 19, of Seabird Lane in Sneads Ferry, was charged Nov. 23 by the Surf City Police Department with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering and misdemeanor injury to real property.Brady is accused of breaking into a residence on 1st Street in Surf City on Oct. 14, according to warrants. He is also accused of stealing a Bluetooth speaker from the home and damaging a rear entry door.He was held under a $20,000 bond.
