Raymond Jackson Hill, 38, of Rack Lane Hubert, was charged Nov. 19 by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.Jackson is accused of possessing an unspecified amount of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the form of a spoon, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
