Lekeyia S. Petteway, 32, of Rocky Run Road, was charged Oct. 29 by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with felony habitual larceny and felony conspiracy.Petteway is accused of stealing a 4-pack of Southern Tier cherry cordial beer from Wines and Wares, according to warrants.
